Help CenterHow to Clear Your Cache in Safari 4 on Windows 1. First click on the Cog Wheel Icon. Then click on "Reset Safari..."
2. After doing that a dialog will pop up. Make sure to at least check "Empty the cache" then click on the "Reset" button.
