 2. After doing that a dialog will pop up. Click on the tab "Personal Stuff". The click on the button "Clear browsing data...".  3. A third window will pop up. Make sure at least "Empty the cache" is checked and "Clear data from this period:" is set to "Everything" then click "Clear Browsing Data" .
