Inbox Capacity & Attachment Size Limits Double

February 1, 2010

MailFor all of our customers who utilize our email services we are pleased to announce an increase in your inbox capacity and attachment size limits. Our previous limits were set to 50 megabytes for inbox capacity and 10 megabytes for attachments. We have recently doubled these to 100 megabytes for inbox capacity and 20 megabytes for attachments.

The original policy was established several years ago and we based our limits by doing an informal survey of what other email providers in our area where doing. Realizing these settings have likely changed with time, we reviewed our policy and compared it to current limits set by Charter, AT&T, HotMail, gmail and AOL. We believe these new limits we have set are more in line with current industry standards and will help us better serve you, our valued customers.
